Mission The RAO University is an online university that was founded to support the scientific development of Afghanistan by training the specialized workforce of the society, expanding the frontiers of knowledge, solving the social problems, and offering a wide range of educational programs at the undergraduate and graduated levels in various fields of study. The RAO University conducts research based on online education and uses innovative methods and technologies to deliver quality education.
