دانشگاه آنلاین افغانستان روشن و پوهنتون کورنول هندوستان به منظور ایجاد سهولت‌ها و فراهم‌سازی زمینه‌های پیش‌رفت به دانشجویان محروم تحصیل افغانستان و ارتقای سطح علمی استادان تفاهم‌نامه‌ی هم‌کاری‌های علمی مشترک را امضاء نمودند.
این تفاهم‌نامه که با حضور دکتر گلاب‌میر رحمانی معاون امور بین الملل و توأمیت‌های علمی دانشگاه آنلاین افغانستان روشن و پرفسور خانم ساهیتا رئیس گروه علوم سیاسی دانشگاه کورنول هندوستان منعقد گردید، زمینه‌سازی خواهد کرد تا هر دو نهاد برنامه‌های ویژه‌ی ارتقای ظرفیت و حمایت‌های ادامه‌ی تحصیل را برای استادان و دانشجویان پوهنتون آنلاین افغانستان روشن مطابق مفاد تفاهم‌نامه در هند فراهم سازد

RAO Afghanistan Online University and Cornell University in India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for joint scientific collaborations to facilitate and enhance educational opportunities for disadvantaged Afghan students and to elevate the academic proficiency of faculty members.
This memorandum, signed in the presence of Dr. Golabmir Rahmani, Deputy for International Affairs and Scientific Collaborations of RAO Afghanistan Online University, and Professor Sahita, Head of the Political Science Department at Cornell University in India, will pave the way for both institutions to implement special capacity-building programs and educational support initiatives for professors and students of RAO Afghanistan Online University in line with the provisions of the memorandum in India.
