The Massage of the Dean of founder board
The RAO University has started its activities since the end of 2022 ,perceiving the sensitive cultural and academic situation of society and difficulties of women rights to education.
We have taken important steps in order to provide free education with a large core of Afghanistan and world academic famous personalities and in this path we are committed and consistent and our commitment in this path will be continual.
In one year activity we experienced lots of obstacles and challenges and for eliminating them we have taken practical and effective steps.
Today RAO university has become a reliable center and window of hope and light for champion daughters of our land . So it expresses the appropriate and admirable steps of founding members and leadership of the University.
In this miserable conditions of Afghanistan the activities and free services of RAO University is very important and it can be valuable and vital for the millions people of this country.
In the dark system of Afghanistan we have turned on the light to bring authenticity and trust to bright tomorrow.
