The Vice Chancellor of RAO University – Roshan Afghanistan Online University, within the scope of its academic and institutional authority, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for scientific and research collaboration with the VISTAS International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (VIJMS).
