Responsibilities of the Advisors to the Office of the Chancellor of RAO University

1. Providing Expert Analysis and Strategic Recommendations – Delivering specialized insights and evidence-based proposals across various domains to support the President’s vision for the university.
2. Conducting Research and Policy Analysis – Undertaking in-depth studies and assessments to inform strategic decision-making and long-term institutional planning.
3. Establishing and Strengthening Institutional Partnerships – Building and maintaining effective relationships with key national and international organizations and relevant stakeholders to enhance the university’s outreach and influence.
4. Identifying Opportunities and Addressing Challenges – Recognizing emerging trends, challenges, and prospects while proposing innovative solutions to enhance the university’s academic and operational efficiency.
5. Monitoring and Evaluating Institutional Programs – Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives and assessing their impact to ensure the achievement of defined institutional objectives.
6. Expanding Global Academic Collaborations – Promoting partnerships with renowned academic institutions and research organizations worldwide, encouraging cross-border engagement among faculties and affiliated centers.
7. Facilitating and Organizing International Conferences – Assisting in the planning and execution of international collaborative conferences to highlight the university’s volunteer-driven mission and its contributions to global academia.
8. Representing the University in Global Academic Forums – Actively participating in international conferences and symposiums as official representatives of RAO University, advocating its academic mission and humanitarian initiatives.
9. Laying the Groundwork for Academic Agreements – Assisting in the formulation and negotiation of academic memoranda of understanding (MoUs) aimed at elevating the university’s educational standards and research capacities.
10. Contributing to the University’s International Accreditation Efforts – Collaborating with international accreditation bodies and organizations to enhance the global recognition and credibility of RAO University.
