A scientific webinar titled “Gender Equality in Leadership in Least Developed Countries” was organized by the Student Affairs and Cultural Office of Roshan Afghanistan Online University – RAO University on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
The session was presented by Ms. Manizha Ramizy, a member of the Scientific Council of RAO University. The webinar explored key dimensions of gender equality in leadership, highlighting challenges in least developed countries and proposing strategies to strengthen women’s participation in decision-making roles.
The session was well received and encouraged meaningful academic discussion among participants.
