Since its inception at the end of 2022, Roshan Afghanistan Online University (RAO University) has been steadfast in addressing the cultural and academic challenges facing Afghan society, particularly the barriers to women’s education. In a time of profound difficulties, we have committed to providing free, equitable education, supported by a strong network of academic leaders from Afghanistan and beyond.
Over the past year, we have faced numerous obstacles, but through practical and effective measures, we have overcome many of these challenges. Today, RAO University stands as a beacon of hope for the resilient daughters of Afghanistan, providing a reliable platform for learning and empowerment.
