It is a day to reaffirm that the active and equal participation of women in scientific fields is not a privilege, but a fundamental human right and an undeniable national necessity.
Roshan Afghanistan Online University (RAO University) believes that scientific progress and sustainable development depend on harnessing all human capacities of the country. Any restriction on access to education and learning not only hinders individual growth, but also slows society’s movement toward scientific self-reliance, economic prosperity, and social stability.
