RAO Online University of Afghanistan (RAO University) and the Mosaic Global Foundation have signed a five-year cooperation memorandum. This agreement, aimed at expanding scientific, educational, cultural, and humanitarian collaboration between the university and the foundation, was signed by Dr. Gulab Mir Rahmani, Vice President for International Affairs at RAO University, and Mr. Zalmai Neshat, Founder and CEO of the Mosaic Global Foundation.
The partnership is designed to enhance the scientific and educational capacities of Afghan women, develop skill-building and educational programs, support women’s rights, and create entrepreneurial opportunities. According to the terms of the memorandum, both parties will collaborate in the following areas:
- Expanding free and high-quality educational programs for Afghan women
- Implementing joint projects in education, skill development, mental health, and economic empowerment
- Organizing joint webinars, workshops, and conferences
- Facilitating the university’s connections with international organizations and introducing it as an educational model in global forums
- Providing technical and financial support for university projects and assisting with international accreditation
This partnership represents an important step toward empowering Afghan women and improving their access to quality education. It also offers a valuable opportunity for the Mosaic Global Foundation to extend its humanitarian mission with tangible impact in Afghan society.
