Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Roshan Afghanistan Online University and Pebble Hills University
Roshan Afghanistan Online University (RAO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pebble Hills University (PHU). This strategic partnership aims to establish mutual recognition of academic programs, facilitate the issuance of joint degrees, and expand educational opportunities for students at both institutions. Under this agreement, the academic programs of both universities will be officially recognized, allowing graduates to obtain dual degrees from Roshan Afghanistan Online University and Pebble Hills University simultaneously. Additionally, this collaboration enables smoother student mobility, mutual credit recognition, and broader access to academic resources.
